Train Service
NJ Transit
There is no direct bus service to or from Newark Liberty International Airport. However, NJ TRANSIT offers train service to and from the airport. At least six NJ TRANSIT trains stop every hour at the Newark Liberty International Airport Station between 6 am and midnight.
To get to the Newark Liberty International Airport Station from New York City, take the Northeast Corridor Line or the North Jersey Coast Line to Newark Penn Station. Then, transfer to the AirTrain Newark monorail, which will take you to the airport.
Amtrak
Amtrak also offers train service to and from Newark Liberty International Airport. Amtrak trains stop at the Newark Liberty International Airport Station, which is located on the lower level of Terminal B.
To get to the Newark Liberty International Airport Station from New York City, take the Northeast Corridor Line to Newark Penn Station. Then, transfer to the AirTrain Newark monorail, which will take you to the airport.

AirTrain Newark
AirTrain Newark is a monorail system that connects Newark Liberty International Airport to NJ TRANSIT, PATH, and Amtrak trains. AirTrain Newark has three stations: Terminal A, Terminal B, and Newark Liberty International Airport Station.
To get to AirTrain Newark from NJ TRANSIT or PATH trains, transfer at Newark Penn Station. To get to AirTrain Newark from Amtrak trains, transfer at the Newark Liberty International Airport Station.
